Welcome to Casa Sant Anna.

Casa Sant Anna is a charming villa located in Moraira. She underwent a complete renovation in 2021 while maintaining authentic Spanish elements integrated into a contemporary design. Located in a quiet, dead-end street with a closed garage, the villa offers the necessary peace and quiet. The child-friendly walled garden guarantees privacy and offers a south-west orientation for beautiful sunsets.

On the ground floor you will find a bright living room with veranda, an open kitchen and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. On the first floor is the master bedroom with private bathroom and breathtaking terrace with views of the sea and the mountains.

A few steps take you to the garden with sea and mountain views, where there is a private swimming pool of 4 by 8 meters located next to the cozy terrace. Slightly lower there is a separate terrace with built-in BBQ.

The bedrooms and the living room have hot-cold air conditioning. There is also gas central heating for the winter months, but due to the solid building structure the villa remains dry and additional heating is rarely necessary.

The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds of 180 x 200 cm, and the bathrooms have a bathroom cabinet with sink, walk-in shower with rain shower, toilet and towel radiator.
